Grapefruit
Don't underestimate the power of grapefruit. Studies show that eating half of a grapefruit a day encourages weight loss, reduces risk of heart disease, and aids in repair of cell damage.

I like to replace my orange juice- that is usually processed, with half of a grapefruit in the morning.  Or eat it as a dessert with a drizzle of local honey then broiled or grilled.  Garnish with mint for the perfect flavor.
